   This will be the third or fourth visit by the company to my property-each time they work like skilled surgeons- all of the guys are fabulous and they work like animals clearing debris and making sure everything is up to the clients expectations. This time they needed to bring Southern Crane in to help with the removal of a massive oak which was damaged in Helene last year. These are top tier guys who know how to manage the take down of trees. Here’s the list of tree fabulous guys that came out! jeremy, Kevin, eyan, George, board, Stevie, coy and Vlad!

   I am super impressed and extremely pleased with this company, their work, and their pricing! From the friendliness at the time of the estimate, to the friendliness during and at the conclusion of the job. Every employee cared about my happiness with their work. Even when the limbs were picked up at the end, there was someone with a rake making sure every detail was handled. So awesome!

   Steve and Ric from Custom Tree Surgeons did a wonderful job they exceeded my expectations. Between my property and my parents property , they must have cut down roughly over 30 trees , so much that it was tough to keep count. The crew was amazing to watch, cutting trees that I couldn’t think they could cut with out damaging something, they had two crews working at the same time cutting on both property. Trees that they manually cut and trees that they had to use a crane and lift. Cutting around power and cable lines without causing any outage. Let’s go back three weeks before they cut all the trees. I live in the Mandarin area, I called and got quotes from 8 different tree cutting service, and let me tell you the quotes where all over the place, and thousands of dollars in difference. I’ve even had them tell me that they are the best and no one can beat their prices. I can tell you it took a week to gather all my quotes and Custom Tree Surgeon won the bid. Steve quickly asset the job and gave me the quote on the spot, no games, and most important he never tried to sell himself like a car salesman and he never made me feel pressured. I can also tell you the Steve had the best price and beat all the quotes by the thousands. Custom Tree Surgeon was able to do this big job in two days when I had other tree services claim it would take 3-4 days. Steve also worked with our busy schedule and promptly got back to me every time I called. We worked around the up and coming Hurricane Dorian and scheduled the job directly after the storm. On the first day Custom Tree Surgeon came in a large fleet with multiple trucks, crane, Bobcat, climbers, stump grinder and later a large truck that cleaned up the debris. Their crew worked very efficient and not one person was just standing around doing nothing, everyone had their role. I remember Steve saying that once you hire us to do a job you will never call another tree service again but them…. and he is right, we will actually be calling them soon to cut more trees.

   I saw them remove my neighbor’s tree and was impressed by their care and attention to detail. No damage, great cleanup. I thought when I saw the pile of brush in my neighbors yard that his grass was a goner. However, within a few hours they showed up with a big truck and cleaned and raked till there was not sign of the job left.
   I called them up and showed them by back yard garden and asked if they could remove the Bradford pair without damaging my plants an structures. Also, I was tired of cleaning up after the Queen palms. He gave me a reasonable price and said 1 to 2 weeks before they would be able to do the job. They called a couple of days later and
   asked if they could do the job within a few hours. I was at work and had not moved any of my stuff out of the way. He assured me they would do it. I would never have let them in the yard without my supervision if I had not already seen the next door job. I called my neighbors to let them in the back yard. My neighbors said they
   climbed up there and hand dropped the branches as they cut them so they would not break my plants below. I was very happy with the job. Nothing was crushed or broken. It was like the tree never was there. They came later and ground out the palm stumps. The cleanup was amazing. I would recommend this team to anyone. Great Job guys.

   Highly recommend CTS they’re the Cadillac of tree service, awesome price, awesome service. They clean up after themselves and you can barely tell they were there, beside the tree(s) missing….Steve is always a pleasure to work with. This is our second time using them as well as two or three other neighbors. Will call them anytime I need tree service.
