   Elijah from Greenway Pest Solution conducted my annual termite inspection, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, which I truly appreciated.

   Upon arrival, Elijah clearly explained what the inspection would involve and continued to walk me through the process as he worked. He was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable, making sure I understood what he was looking for and why.

   At the end of the inspection, he reviewed the results with me in detail. Even though no termite activity was found, he still took the time to offer helpful recommendations and pointed out things I should keep an eye on in the future.

   Overall, Elijah was punctual, informative, and a pleasure to work with. I was very satisfied with his service and would absolutely recommend him and Greenway Pest Solution.

   We have use Greenway for a while. Their techs are great. For the last visit the tech, Maximus, gave usable phone updates on his expected arrival. He was courteous and professional, Did a great job.

   Everyone we have interfaced with at Greenway have been wonderful. They must really care when they select employees.

   Logan was wonderful! Received a text prior to arrival with plenty of time to return home. He is very pup and human friendly. 🤣
   my doggo loved him. He was courteous, and went the extra mile after hearing about a potential return mouse problem. He did inside and outside making sure to move dog toys from areas he was working. Thank you Logan! I hope to see you next time!!

   My appointment was at 5 no one was here at 5 accept a door card saying you came. I’ve been home all day and the only person I met and saw was Mike. Nothing looks treated, my flower bed looked trampled on and I can only hope that the job was actually done. If my appointment was set for a certain time, than I’m expecting you to be here at that time or call my phone if you’re coming sooner or later than the appointment time. If I’m going to pay for services then I expect promptness and honesty.

   Erik Bochove

   He performed an exterior and interior termite inspection. He was very thorough and seemed to take a personal interest in bugs of all kinds, far beyond the call of duty. I showed him a picture I took of a strange insect I found in my house and he immediately recognized it as the exotic Chagas bug, which, if he is correct, he then also correctly described as one whose bite may cause the potentially fatal Chagas’ disease through transmission of a parasite.
