Tom and his crew exceeded my every expectation. It was an amazing well-orchestrated team effort with all 6 people working non stop and in synchrony to take down two 30’+ trees – an Oak and a Palm. From their 8am arrival to 9am departure they were Professional. Meticulous. Efficient. Economical. Amazing!!
Jax Tree Removal is a great company with excellent customer service. A large old oak tree came down partially on my house in the middle of the night. I called them at 3am on a Sunday and not only did they answer the call, they were out to assess the situation that same morning. They were able to rework their schedule to complete the entire removal the next day. Every worker was polite, knowledgeable and on point. Thier equipment was in exceptional order. My property was left totally clear of debris. Best if all, it’s evident that safety is extremely important to this company too. They are just the best!
Jax Tree Removal was fantastic to work with! We had 2 large palms removed, stumps ground and tree trimming completed. Everyone on the team each step of the way was super helpful, professional and friendly. They came out, provided estimates and scheduled the work quickly. They provided clear communication every step of the way and were extremely accommodating. They did a great job executing the work and were very thorough in their cleanup. We had JTR out to the house on Friday to take out some Oaks and Pines. Just a phenomenal service from Tony coming out to the property giving us the estimate to Tom and the guys being out here to do the job. The service was seamless. This is the most professional company I’ve ever dealt with. After all the trees were down the crew took the time to clean up even going up on the roof to blow off any debris that had fallen. They removed my mailbox so that it would not get damaged during the process and replaced it when they finished. I mean there’s not enough good things to say about this company. I would definitely recommend JTR to anyone who needed tree work. I mean they left my yard like they weren’t even here except for the lack of trees. lol.
