   I had a fantastic experience with J&J Grapple! They returned my call immediately and actually showed up 20 minutes earlier than scheduled — which was a great surprise. The driver was courteous, professional, and handled the pickup of large tree debris and stumps quickly and efficiently.

   Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the size of the load. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend J&J Grapple and will definitely use them again!

   We got like 7 quotes from different companies. J&J Tree Service was the cheapest. Their liability insurance is current (posted on their website and verified).

   Their team arrived right on time and took down a dead tree (struck by lightning) in less than 3 hours.

   They cleaned up everything and it was like they were never here. Same for the tree.

   The stump grinder arrived the day he was supposed to. He was a bit behind due to having so many jobs. But when we called the office they updated us on his new estimated time of arrival and it was spot on. The stump grinding was seemless and fast. He cleaned up after himself and even helped me remove another stump from a smaller tree next to this one.

   The office team was extremely helpful with billing. This tree is right on the property line with our neighbor so we split the cost. They were willing to split the invoice and take our half in cash and the neighbor’s half in credit card.

   Overall perfect!

   I would use them again in a hot second.

   Nothing else to say but what a great company, their workers were clean, professional, and courteous. They walked the job with us and made sure we knew how the job was going to work. Their efficiency was amazing. Nothing was broken, damaged, or out of place when they left. The crane operator knew exactly what to do and their arborists had a plan and they were on top of it. They showed up on time and ready to work. The fact they took safety into consideration showed the professional actions of this company.100% will use again and we will be referring them to who ever needs tree work. Such a great job.

   J&J INC.is a very professional company and the crew that pruned my trees did a outstanding job.
   They where all very nice and very
   professional. They cleaned up the yard very well, that you can not even tell there had been any trees pruning. Definitely I will use your company for other projects in the future, and will recommend you to people I know.

   no. i’m not getting paid to say this! a more professional, friendly, efficient, and thorough crew i have yet to find. 120 foot pine tree in my backyard, removed and hauled within 2 hours. set up to completion. would recommend in a minute. thanks j+j!
