   For basic maintenance they will get the job done, but I got a new mesquite sapling for my front yard. I ask them to trim it, but instead it was butchered like a regular bush. It’s a tree! And it was cut like a bush. So now the tree will not grow back again for the reason I bought it for initially. I provided feedback, but no response nor apology on how it was cut. Please do your research on certain trees and plants before butchering them.

   I’ve used Ruben’s Landscaping Service twice now and both experiences have been excellent. They are very easy to contact and schedule, and the team is incredibly quick, professional, and thorough. They truly do an amazing job. Highly recommend giving them a call—you won’t be disappointed!

   There are so many landscape choices online. Ruben’s was so excellent. Finished the Work requested and also went above and beyond. The workmen are absolutely committed to proving that Ruben’s Lawn Service will continue to receive 5 Star Ratings.

   Ruben came to our home to get an estimate of the work. He didn’t take notes. Apparently he told someone in the car what the job was per the office staff. His crew came over and took out more than they were asked to do including two small palm trees and a bush from the back wall. They didn’t do the work in the front yard nor both side yards as Ruben was asked. When I brought up the issues for completing the work they wanted to come back at another time to replant the trees and a bush and offered a discount. When I brought up the work that wasn’t completed on the side yards and the front yard they said that it wasn’t part of the bid. I was pressured to pay them in cash before seeing that the work was done for myself. I made the mistake to trust that they did the work when they said it was done. So I Zelled the payment to them except for the cost of the trees and bush. They sent videos of only certain areas, but not the whole job. I don’t want them to come back even to finish the work without charging me more at this point.

   In response to your comments. Please don’t misrepresent yourself. The bid was a walk through the whole property last week. Do you want me to include screenshots and pictures? Why should I miss work and lose more money for your lack of professionalism?
