   This company far exceeded our expectations. We needed new backyard landscaping after putting in a pool. We had detailed plans from them and it even turned out better than we had envisioned! I highly recommend them.

   We cannot say enough about how thrilled we are with T&T Lawns Plus. Our journey began with William Burns, landscape architect. We have never encountered someone that loves their work so much that it is play! Will is a master at design and foliage. No stone was left unturned from the consideration of the house, views, plants (color, size, regional growth, root system), even the sitting stones were selected by Will to fit my height! A complete set of colored plans and plant guide were given for our approval.

   Following the masterplan was the phenomenal construction crew; with a work ethic second to none, led by Jose. Jose’s team consisted of Orlando and Joel. Pure artistry was exhibited as they placed our pavers in a complex pattern with not a line out of place, even chiseling the paver and wall blocks to fit perfectly with the sitting boulders. The front sidewalk has such detail with turns and curves, again displaying incredible artistry.

   Jose, Orlando, and Joel completed the job by meticulously cleaning the job worksite. Will routinely was on site to follow the progress and make sure we were pleased. T&T gave more than expected, taking great pride in a job well done. Our neighbors have visited to view T&T’s work and have affectionately referred to it as “the park.” We never dreamed that we would have such a stunningly beautiful yard. A million thanks to Will, Jose, Orlando and Joel for a job well done, as if it were their own yard! We would and have recommended William Burns and T&T to others, having full confidence in their work.

   In 2019 & 2020 T&T did a good job on my home and office. 2021 was a complete 180. Started seeing a lot of weeds popping up and shrubs going untrimmed along with my grass looking horrible with weeds and crab grass taking over. I emailed photos to the owner asking why this was happening and if the company was fertilizing and spreading pre-emergent as lined out in our monthly fee contract.
   His reply:
   “Not a problem, yes our guys should be maintaining these weeds and fertilizing 4 times a season. I did notice your office lawn is doing quite a bit better than last year.
   We’ve been trying to hold on as much as possible but like every other landscaper in Reno we can no longer afford to maintain the smaller accounts. Labor, gas, and insurance
   costs are thru the roof with no end in sight. Thank you so much for allowing to service your properties.”

   He says they “should be” maintaining weeds and fertilizing, but it was obvious they were not and the office lawn looks worse than it’s ever looked. Notice the end of the email he terminated our agreement without notice. He did later say he’d continue for an additional $200 per month for each property. I’d have payed more if I had been getting what I was already paying for?

   I received the last months invoice for a full month of service even though they had not mowed every week of the month. I emailed and let him know the invoice didn’t reflect this but he never replied. A month later I received an email threatening me with placing a lien on my property until we see a judge. There are more details to this as we bantered back and forth but it’s too much to write. Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend this company.

   T&T Lawns Plus completed a major front yard restoration this spring. The project began and was finished on schedule. The quality of the work was superb and the company’s employees professional, polite, and conscious of the smallest details. The foreman, José, is knowledgeable and a good communicator. We are particularly pleased with T&T’s architect, William Burns, whose design plans and plant selection were flawless. He is personable and responds to inquires promptly.

   All i had done was to have a shrub cut out. They didn’t show up for weeks, left the debris, the owner had to come and pick it up. I wanted to pay them when they finally did the work but the workers said they couldn’t take payment. I called the office for d3 months and left messages and got no response. Then 4 months later I get an invoice and i pay it. The next month I get another invoice saying I owe a $25 late fee. I called and called and got no response. NOw, 6 years later I get a letter from a collection agency saying I owe $385. The same thing happened to my neighbor. She got a bill for work that was never even done and got no response for a year and now years later it shows up in collections. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
