   6 months ago I had a service for fungus on my 55 year old ponderosa pine and was told if it comes back within a year they will retreat it. The fungus came back and this time I was told the warranty is if the tree dies within 7 months my money will be refunded.

   $65 for each injection and I needed 15 which seemed incredibly high for drilling a few holes into a tree. The original treatment took the service technician 15 minutes for $650.

   Receptionist is very rude also.

   Here in Seattle, I deal with a lot of businesses including contractors. 90% are uneventful bussiness exchanges. Then there’s the 5% that railroad you. The other 5% are the rare ones. They go beyond any expectations for no reason than. I had the honor of doing business with Steve. He is an outstanding and unique individual. Well spoken, honest and caring. If you have the chance to do business with him JUMP ON IT.

   Last year they proclaimed our apricot tree as the crown jewel of the backyard. They offered to rejuvenate it with injected fertilizers. Very soon, all the leaves fell off. It died. Then they said it could revive this year, not to worry. It did not.
   They refunded the charges, and seem to think that makes it ok to kill our large, decades-old tree. It does not.
   I would expect a company with conscience to offer to replace it. To cover the cost of removal, and finding another tree. No tree can replace what we had. And anything is better than leaving us with our dead tree friend, our “crown jewel.”

   Paid over $350.00 but my “warranty” had expired by a couple of weeks. They were only going to charge me “half price” for what they promised to fix originally. Next, file with the Better Business Bureau and then post in all my Neighborhood websites. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM! Your tree will die anyway because it’s “out of warranty” and they screwed up the first time.

   Last year my Peach Tree had APHIDS Real bad and this year my Peach Tree did not look healthy & the Peaches were the size of a plum !
   A friend told me to contact Tree Doctor 911 because he had similar problems and got Excellent Results.
   The Technician Gene came out and Diagnosed both my Peach & Cherry Tree and educated me on what was happening to the trees .
   He pointed out Bugs on the Peach tree I thought were Flys but were Bore offsprings!
   Gene treated both my Trees and also pointed out they were lacking sufficient Watering .
   I’m looking forward to next Season for Full size Fruit again on both my Trees !
