The designer incorporated our ideas into the blueprint with minor adjustments. We were very satisfied with the backyard design. We wished that we had a 3D rendering of the blueprint as we weren’t good visualizing the final garden. Workers were courteous and clean. Alan was good at answering all our questions before, during and after the project. He modified and/or added details as a response to our concerns. The result is a beautiful, professional-looking, and earth friendly backyard.
We just had our first maintenance visit before the rains, Aiden left the backyard looking great.

Bay Maples was able to take my modern mantle design and make it a stunning reality. Alan and his crew worked with me in their shop as well as on the job site. They took the time to insure all the details were going to work. My clients are very happy with the results. We went back and had a custom back plate made for a wall mounted wine opener, it’s a huge hit at parties. I’ll be working with Bay Maple’s again, they are a wonderful company.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Bay Maples and the owner, Alan. They installed a greywater system in our new home, but it has never worked properly. Despite reaching out repeatedly for over six months, they refused to come and inspect or fix the issues.
We ultimately paid other professionals to assess the system, only to discover it was poorly and dangerously installed—with disconnected and missing parts, loose fittings, and exposed wiring. It’s clear they lack the expertise to properly install greywater systems, and the result has been both costly and heartbreaking.
Do not hire this company for greywater work. We would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
Alan and his team installed last year a bird-and-pollinator friendly, drought resistant garden in our backyard, including a winding path and a raingarden, in place of our old lawn. We loved the finished product and we loved the process. Alan and his team were friendly and knowledgeable as well as timely. We can highly recommend Bay Maples.
Bay Maples designed and installed a beautiful new front yard for us full of native, drought-tolerant plants that are not only lovely but also bee- and bird-friendly, just as we wanted. They were incredibly patient through several plant selection iterations as we honed in on the exact assortment of plants to include The end result is magazine-worthy! It makes us happy to see it every day and we’ve received several compliments from our neighbors.
