We’ve worked with Paul Howley of Blooms Gardening for several years now and have had an excellent experience from the start. We first met Paul after purchasing a home in Noe Valley, where our overgrown yard was in desperate need of attention. From day one, he brought everything back to life with expert care, and now, years later, we continue to rely on him—even as we manage the property remotely.
Paul is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable. We set up quarterly maintenance appointments at the start of each year, and he always keeps us on schedule without fail. He’s quick to respond, thorough in his work, and ensures everything is handled—including hauling away debris, which has been a huge help. He makes what could be a tedious process completely effortless for us.
Beyond his skill and reliability, Paul is also just a joy to work with. As a remote property manager, I get a lot of messages on the go, and Paul’s texts are always lighthearted, funny, and guaranteed to brighten my day. It’s rare to find someone who is not only great at what they do but also a genuinely kind and pleasant person to interact with. He brings not just skill, but also a great attitude to his work, which makes the entire process that much better.
