We are thrilled with the results of Complete Landsculpture’s revival of our pool and surrounding pathway. Friendly, professional and very hardworking crew! Dan Hall listened to our questions and explained everything we asked about.
We are very pleased with the design, quality and customer service of Complete Landsculpture. Jeff Ditta and team did an outstanding job for us, from the design phase all the way through to installation and clean up. We also had them do a patio concrete extension for us with the same attention-to-detail that went into the landscaping. We just with we could rate them higher than 5 stars!
Been over 1 year now to do a pretty simple pool remodel and add a coupe of gates and a small section of fence to our project. Our project manager left the company and we have been trying to get some warranty issues resolved for over 3 months now and I can’t even get as much as a simple email or phone call from them. I’ll be posting pictures of the before and after from the remodel and I promise it looked 100% better before they did their work. I’ve tried to be patient and I’ve been more than professional
in my approach but evidently they don’t care. I’m hesitant to write a review but when a company doesn’t have the common courtesy to simply email me or make a call I tend to assume they have zero integrity. I was raised in a way that you are only as good as your word. Evidently Complete Landsculpture is totally lacking in that area. If you ever get a quote from them I’d highly recommend you run and not walk away. They are the epitome of over promise and under deliver.
Sitting here admiring my community pool that Complete Landsculpture finished about a year ago. So impressed and cant say enough about the work…most importantly how well the owners took care of us. Never a doubt on how well the project would turn out. Thanks for taking care of your Sparkman neighbors and making Dallas a great place to live!
Recently had the bushes in front trimmed and they did a great job. We’re here on time and cleaned up when they were finished. Was pleased with the job and would hire again.
