Great customer service an yes they bring out a whole crew!! I’ve had projects in the past where it took forever and I felt last on the list.
Not here!
They had me on the schedule ASAP and professionally done from estimation to project timeline and delivery.
As we know in Houston we get a lot of rain and French drains and gutters need to direct water to the street. I got straight answers without fluff.
In fact they sent pictures so I can have it for my records.
Also I had multiple quotes and I believe Mike and his team are the best fit.
I look forward to doing more projects with them in the future as they also do landscaping, pavers, and other projects.
I requested reviews from several Biobarrier installers and received reliable, quick service by the company with their onsite quote and resulting installation of about 40 ft of Biobarrier in three areas of my backyard in an attempt to stop roots from neighboring trees from sucking moisture from my garage foundation and pool walls/deck. The crew were timely, personable, avoided cables, pool and sewer lines, and left a clean yard and driveway after completion of the. I would highly recommended them for the important work they do.
I’m sorry to read of other people’s poor experiences with Earth Ideas. My experience was extremely positive! We had new landscaping beds put in the front of my daughter’s bungalow and one in the back to camo the utilities, removed grass along the driveway and around the garage and replaced with blackstar gravel, put in a blackstar gravel walkway with existing concrete pavers, and installed a new brick paver patio on the back of the house, as well as a small brick paver pad next to the garage for the grill. Mike came out to give us the estimate, worked with us on the design of the patio/pad, as well as the new flower beds and what types of plants. He was extremely responsive and communication was excellent. Bonnie in the office was also great to work with. I’m extremely happy with the results. I felt their pricing was competitive and they got it all done in 2 days! The whole crew had an outstanding work ethic: they were polite, kind, hardworking, and considerate. I would recommend this company!
We had a very good experience with Earth Ideas installing our French drains. The crew were skilled and obviously experienced as they moved easily from task to task. One of my sprinkler lines got broken and it was promptly repaired. When job was complete my lawn was restored and trenches covered. Very satisfied.
This company was professional in getting me an affordable quote and the 4 man crew was thorough in the drainage job and dirt they installed. They were pleasant and took their time making sure the pipe was leveled correctly and boxes were in good spot. Took one day to get done. The office personnel was patient to answer my questions and very helpful. I would highly recommend them and will be referring work to them.
