   Our community has been using Ford Lawn service and we are happy with them. They do a wonderful job. The staff is very knowledgeable on different plants that need care. The crew is wonderful and always nice. they also do xeriscape. It came out so nice we plan to have more of that done by Ford in the future.

   I hired Ford Lanscaping to make my lawn greener via applying appropriate procedures on the “bold” areas in April of 2023. When the owner came to my house to see how it looked, he told me that sodding would be quite pricey and therefore, it would be a good idea to put soil in both my back and front yards and then seed them. After some negotiation, I agreed to pay him $2K. (Btw, he tried to charge me for two days of labor at first and then agreed to lower that cost. His crew ended up spending around 3-4 hours in total.) After they did their work, I strictly followed the watering instructions stated by Mr. Ford and was hoping that I would see a greener lawn with most of those bold spots disappeared within the next couple weeks. (What he clearly stated during our initial conversation was that I would be seeing some clear changes in three-four weeks.) After coming back from a three-week-long trip, I faced a shocking view of my backyard since it looked way worse than how it had looked before. (Both pictures are attached.) After I contacted him and asked him to fix this situation, he started to blame the rain in addition to the “hard surface” of my yard, which he had seen while giving me an estimate at the first place. Basically, he could have just told me that this “less pricey” option was not going to work in my yard and thus, I would have not “thrown my $2K to the garbage.” After texting back and forth multiple times, he told me that I should have felt lucky since he was still responding to me, he never guaranteed anything for this work, and it would be more appropriate now to sod those “undone” spots, which referred to an additional cost of over $3,5K. Overall, I found his approach and business practices both unethical and unprofessional since he retrieved my money and provided me with no results. Based on this situation, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT work with this business who only wants your money without providing any good results.

   I highly recommend Bradley Ford and his crew! They install our Christmas lights every year and do a fantastic job. They’re very conscientious, friendly and professional.

   Mr. Ford and his crew did a great job landscaping and building raised beds in our backyard. His crew turned dirt into a comfortable backyard.
