Opening Times.
This is my house and I could not be happier! Warren came over the day after requesting a quote, was super professional and personable. I explained what I needed and he suggested and recommended what would work in my space. He knew every singe item in my courtyard, what the best way to care for it, what everything could be used for- so incredibly knowledgeable! I had just moved in and the courtyard was a MESS! Within a day is was gorgeous and immaculate! Very very reasonably priced and quality materials and EXCELLENT craftsmanship. His crew did not cut corners- they did the hard work to make sure everything was perfect and the way it needed to be for irrigation, structural integrity and drainage. I am so very grateful for his vision and his team’s work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Our family home was destroyed in a fire two days before Thanksgiving, 2015. It took three years to rebuild our home. During that time the landscaping was neglected, so our yards became something of a jungle.
During the fall season of 2018, John Tran of GeoLand Construction & Landscaping implemented plans for the front and back yard landscaping of our home, including flag stone accents, a brick patio for the front of the home and bricks to widen our driveway, some large accent rocks, a fountain, timed sprinkler and drip watering system and footpath lighting. One thing we appreciated was that he incorporated several of our surviving trees and plants with the landscaping, which helped reduce the investment. This overwhelming job was done in just a few months (in contrast to rebuilding the home.)
Even more impressive, during the four years after finishing the landscaping job, John has come to help me out whenever I have had any issues, particularly with the timers for the sprinkler and drip system. Some contractors disappear after completing a job. GeoLand Construction & Landscaping has continued to be of service.

We are so pleased with our new back yard landscaping by Geoland! We had killed our old lawn after the drought several years ago and had an old patio which was not very usable, but wanted to retain our mature trees and hedges. John referred us to a wonderful landscape architect, Susan Vogel, who took into consideration our desired use of the property as well as the things we liked and disliked and came up with a plan. We then met with both John and Susan where we ironed out the details and the cost in real time. Both John and Susan were very budget conscious. John was on-site every day and Susan was readily available by phone and was also on-site for the plant placement. John was detail-oriented, very flexible with any changes during the process and made constructive suggestions throughout. From our first meeting with John through to the very end of construction, including the planning phase, the project took less than two months. The contract we signed with Geoland was only a page long and there was no renegotiation involved when we made changes. The whole process went very smoothly. We now have a beautiful paver patio, Pergolux pergola, landscape lighting, a water feature, and lovely colorful plants. We would not hesitate to use Geoland again for any future projects!
We have had Geoland do our hardscaping (pavers) for our back patio plus landscaping/plantings, upper deck, and recently our driveway and front walk. We went on vacation for a few days knowing that the work would get done while we were away — it was so nice to come back to the lovely front walk and driveway. We have had many people walk by or visit and compliment us on the beautiful work. They go above and beyond to ensure quality, and the work is done on time.
Geoland has done many beautiful landscaping projects in our neighborhood so we decided to get a consultation for our front yard. John, the owner, was punctual, knowledgeable, articulate, reliable, and patient when it came to helping us design and build our dream front yard. It was such a wonderful experience compared to the last contractor we had. John is a no BS type of guy, he will tell you what he can’t and can do and is upfront about the costs and how long it would take to complete the project so there were no surprises. The work was completed in record time, 3 weeks, and it was beautiful. Our neighbors were just as impressed as we were and John and his team ended up with more clients by the end of his project with us. We are now enjoying our front yard every day….it’s given us more family time to sit, relax, and enjoy each other’s company.
A year has past and we have saved enough money to work on our backyard and guess who we will be calling…Geoland!!! They do such quality and excellent work!!
