My yard was clean the day before by a different service. My neighbor get services from this company. His yard is clean, yet I have to go tell these idiots to stop blowing all the leaves to my yard. They laugh and continue to do it. I noticed they blow the leaves to the street and let all the neighbors deal with it. If you respect your neighbors and want to continue having a cordial neighborhood. Either get a company that respects you as well as your neighbors. Or set boundaries before they start the work.. Spoke with Charlie today November 20. He basically called me a liar that his crew was not blowing crap on my lawn. There’s a 10 second video. He said I have small balls talking to grown men like that. His crew said its my responsibility to clean my own yard. I stated I wouldn’t have to clean more if they would just stop blowing on my yard. Charlie cursed me out. I have phone conversation where he’s threatening me because i left a bad review. Is that really the company you want to hire and represent your neighbors.
We’ve been using Mean Clean for our yard and property maintenance, and the difference compared to other companies we’ve tried is night and day. Their pricing is not the cheapest, but it is very fair for the level of service and professionalism they provide. If you’re looking for cheap, this may not be the company—but if you want quality, professionalism, and long-term results, they are absolutely worth it. We highly recommend them to anyone who values their property and wants it maintained properly.
I’ve had ongoing issues with this company’s service. Nearly every month, something was missed or not done properly. When I brought it up, the representative (assuming owner) always had an excuse, usually shifting blame to the homeowner, for not specifically requesting tasks that were clearly part of the routine monthly service (like trimming and weed control) which is reflected on the invoice.
They expected full payment even when obvious work wasn’t done, unless I pointed it out each time. They often came while we were at work, and if no one was home to personally walk them through the job, every single month, they wouldn’t do it correctly. Even though the invoice clearly listed what was supposed to be done, they still skipped things and made excuses. Communication was poor; the workers would say one thing, and the person in charge would say something else, especially regarding pricing.
Then, without notice, they raised the price and stopped servicing the backyard, which had been included for over two years, without saying a word. Yet they still tried to charge the same amount.
The photos attached are of bushes that were left untrimmed during one of their visits, even though trimming is part of the agreed service. They clearly needed attention, yet the full amount was still charged. To their credit, once I called the representative, they did come out the next day to fix it. But as the customer, I shouldn’t have to follow up every time to make sure the job is done right, it should be done correctly from the start.
There was always some kind of issue. Poor communication, inconsistent service, and a lack of accountability. I would think twice before using this business.
Mean clean has been doing our property for years and always gives us the best service! Our neighbors always ask who does our services and a few of them have even started their services with Mean Clean as well. The owner is always very professional and whenever we request something from him he always makes sure it gets done. If you want reliable service from a company that provides excellent maintenance services you should definitely call them.
I recently had a thorough weeding service performed in both the front and back yards of my house. The two workers who came to assist were exceptionally hardworking and demonstrated great attention to detail in their work.
