I would like to say a big THANK YOU to the two gentlemen from Monarch that helped me this morning. My vehicles battery died off Orchid Ridge and Morningbloom Lane in Richmond, and two of the nicest gentlemen with Monarch came to help jump start my vehicle in the pouring rain. I didn’t get their names, but if the owner is reading this, please let them know I said, “Thank you!” again. My 6-year-old daughter was in the car with me too, and she was very thankful as well because she was worried that she was going to miss school today, but she was able to attend school still because of their help. We are truly grateful.
I am so impressed with Monarch’s quality audit! As a data nerd, quantified scores that can be measured and show improvement are right up my alley! Monarch evaluates everything from turf to trees to ants at the start of a contract and scores each category as a baseline. From there, they conduct periodic quality audits to reassess. A report card of what would have been a D- in school only shows how badly our property needed quality landscaping management in the past. I look forward to watching that grade improve under their guidance!
Chris Cornell’s expertise and professionalism are a comfort that the HOA Board made the right decision signing with Monarch for their landscaping care. His reports are comprehensive with photos and text description. This depth of service sets Monarch apart in the industry!
The workers are not professional and I believe they are illegal with no paperwork! Be careful with 3 -4 non English speaking people on your property, plotting to come back.
Monarch has maintained our new home development since I moved here 4 years ago. They do an amazing job making and keeping the area looking beautiful. Their employees work hard and are very respectful. Their supervisors are in the area and responsive when I have had a question. I have a field behind my house that was not their responsibility but they actually did a few “courtesy mow’s” for me to keep the high grass away from my back fence. Super nice of them to do this. And now, best of all, they have the contract to mow the field along with maintaining all of the greenspaces in the area. They landscape and mow every week. I talked with Nick recently and suggested to him that they are not really in the landscaping business. What they do is Beautify and improve the Quality of Life for families.
