   I have a large back yard with a mix of grass, flowers, bushes, trees and tons of sprinkler irrigation and a swimming pool. I hired Rosa’s Maintenance after my previous landscaper couldn’t handle the job correctly. From the start, Rosa took the time to walk the entire property and explained things about the yard that I had no idea about, even after living in the home for the last 4 years. I have been overly impressed by the work of her team. Not only is it perfection every week, but they arrive on time, every time. I would (and have) recommended her to everyone I know.

   I have worked with many gardening services and landscapers in my profession of preparing and selling hundreds of homes and by far, Rosa is best landscaper I know! Rosa is experienced, knowledgeable and directs a crew in their work. She has come to the rescue one time the day before a photography session at a large home when the other landscaper didn’t do a good job. Now I use her services not only on the properties I sell, but also on properties under management in my property management firm. I even use her on my own home. So grateful for her service!

   Rosa has taken care of the landscaping at my Fathers property skillfully, consistently and carefully. When he passed away, she and her employees efficiently and quickly cleaned, and polished the whole property inside and out. They went above and beyond, I would recommend her to anyone.

   Mary Ann Villa

   They service my front yard and back yard. Most recently replaced both my front lawn with sod and new sprinklers and added a tree along with a boarder board. Looks beautiful. She is very efficient and takes time to care. She is very knowledgeable. I have used her service for years.

   San Jose

   I had this service for about 9 months. One thing that Juan promised me when I signed up for the service was that either him or Rosa would be there every week to supervise their crew and make sure my yard was being properly maintained. After a few months they completely stopped coming and supervising their crew. The crew they sent would do the bare minimum, cut corners and my property started to show it as debris was piling up against fences and not picked up, no trimming was done and they would skip mowing my lawn for multiple weeks at a time.

   Communication and customer service is horrible. They often don’t respond to messages for several days if they respond at all.
   Juan is inexperienced and is not customer focused and if he does respond he will make excuses, lie about what he agreed to and blame the customer.

   My overall experience was sub par unsupervised yard services, bad communication and poor customer service.
