I recently Worked RotoTillerGuy for a landscaping project, and I can honestly say they are the best landscaping contractor I’ve ever worked with in Los Angeles. Their team was professional, on time, and extremely skilled. They handled my sod installation, fixed my sprinkler issues, and improved my irrigation and drainage system perfectly. I am very happy with their work. They truly do excellent work.
A few days ago, one of the sprinkler heads in my yard broke, so I called RototillerGuy. Their team responded quickly and handled the sprinkler repair with Expert. They fixed everything perfectly, and I’m honestly impressed with how professionally they work. I’ll definitely call them again for sod installation, seasonal landscaping, or even old sprinkler system repair. I contacted RotoTillerGuy for sod installation, and they turned my dull yard into a fresh green space within a few hours. Their team worked smoothly, didn’t waste time, and everything was installed perfectly. I’m super happy with the result!
With all the bad reviews I thought I would still go with Mike to get sod installed in one day. The sod looks nice and was installed in the one day. But there are two issues that would prevent me from recommending him are probably issues that have been posted.
I paid to have my irrigation redone and the retail cost of rainbird heads. They are over spraying and wasting water and are not adjustable. I am going to have to replace them myself if I want to conserve water. He says that the grass needs to have the edges watered but my patio has a puddle after each watering. Also when the job was done I should have done a walk through. I didn’t think they would leave the pile of old PVC in a pile in my back yard or not clean up the dirt around the edges of the sod. I asked for him to come back and clean it up. First he said the recycle bin had just been emptied. That would have been good I said. Then it was that I “didn’t pay for disposal”. Some of the PVC is in at least 8′ pieces and needs to be cut up to put in the bin. His response: “While we were there
Of course it would have taken 5 minutes to scoop the pipes up and place them in your can (same as it will for you)
The issue is that we have the ¿14.00 pipe cutter and you dont own one””We can not come. We do not have any spare time”
There you go. I think he works at bad reviews, god forbid that a job goes smoothly and they do proper clean up. I think there are people that would be more appreciative of the business and do a better job, honestly. A pro doesn’t leave a mess behind.
We hired Mike and his crew to install sprinklers, improve our soil, level and sod our back yard after a previous construction project left it in shambles. Mike and his crew were courteous, very clean and organized and delivered on the services they promised. They communicated very well with adjustments and changes. We felt Mike had a genuine concern to help us keep costs reasonable. Their work was high quality and we are very pleased with our yard and would highly recommend them.
